My name is Bobby Clark.
I am a personal finance coach and content writer for Clark on Money blog. This community is visited daily by many readers interested in taking the stress out of their personal finances, stop living paycheck to paycheck, planning for their future and achieving their life goals.
Dad enjoyed serving as a small business entrepreneur and Mom had a deep passion for her work as an elementary educator. They both were excited about helping families and individuals improve their quality of life. Dad was determined to serve his customers every day. He listened to their stories with a carrying expression on his face and encouragement in his voice. His customers would always feel better after sharing their life issues with him.
Mom loved her students almost as much as she loved my sister and I. As a result, Mom would spend extra hours with those students who were struggling to achieve their goals. She always tried to make learning fun and challenging for her students year after year. My parents had the innate gifts of passion and compassion. In retrospect they were coaches.
Their innate gifts inspired me to reach out and help others with the same passion and love just as they did. The financial struggles, hardships, and disappointments of small business owners and others trying to simply provide for their families are real. Therefore, it is my desire to combine passion, compassion, empathy, teaching, business, and personal finance to ultimately transform the lives of those that I meet. I am committed to helping people. As a result, I am convinced coaching is the best way to do that.
Aside from financial coaching and blogging, my favorite activities include genealogy, music, sports, travel, walking, spending time with my wife, and other family members. My friends describe me as easy going and a good listener.
